My Treaty of Waitangi writing 1

 

Here In the photo there are the maori people with their weapons that  they use to fight. Why are the Maori people not attacking them for their land?. Maybe  they have a agrement. In the photo the Maori people do not look happy some of the maori people are standing up and some are sitting down. All of the people look normal.
